This Internal Memo is the record of the funds disbursed to terrorism-enabled Wahhabi clerics by Governor Elrufai to fan the amber of religious intolerance and promote genocide. Leaders should promote unity and mutual trust and respect for peaceful coexistence especially in a religious charged environment like Kaduna state that has recorded multiple ethno-religious conflicts in the past where thousands of innocent lives were lost.
