The Three Types Of Fear In A Nut shell. Whatever you have heard that has put fear in your heart is deleted in the name of Jesus Christ. God has not given you the spirit of fear, but of power, of love and of a sound mind. 2 Timothy 1:7. We have three types of fear. We have the APPEARANCE OF FEAR, it is not real but appears to be real. We have the spirit of fear. This spirit torments and manipulates situations to look scary for no apparent reason. Then we have the fear of fear. That is when you become afraid of what you are scared might happen. This was what Job suffered from. He said the thing which he greatly feared has come upon him. Job 3:25.
