i'm looking froward to the day that we will simply use our phones to scan our pvcs and vote from our sets, no need for
ballot papers ,boxes, shutting down all businesses and roads...

Just imagine! .. Where was he when Inec offices in Anambra ,Plateau and Osun States were burnt to ashes prior to the Febuary 23rd presidential elections?! Abi INEC no dey do morning briefing for all dia Staff ni ? And the blame is mostly on the Federal Government who failed to provide security in the polling unit.
