Don't be deceived, Be deeply rooted in Christ

Ephesians 4:14 That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;

Brethren, don't be deceived by the different doctrines which are vain and profits not. There are many erroneous doctrine in Christendom but be guided by the Spirit of GOD and the Scriptures. The Bible is a map but without the Holy Spirit you can't be walk in the path. Not that people don't have the Holy Spirit but they read the Bible for convenience, to suit themselves.

The devil has introduce different doctrines that one would not know which is right from wrong. But I beseech let the Holy Spirit guide you when reading the Scriptures, don't give your own interpretation to the Word of GOD, let him speak to you.

The Word of GOD has been watered done that it is not longer effective, this is because it is read to suit the taste of man. Beloved, don't read the Word to suit yourself - self, flesh ; it is every painful when some doctrines are heard, they are very disheartening.

There are beliefs that in Christ you are to enjoy because Christ suffered so that we can enjoy. Our walk with GOD is not of convenience, we are to pass through persecution and tribulations just for the sake of Christ. Christ said we would suffer persecution for His sake.

Matthew 5:10 Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Matthew 5:12 Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.

2 Timothy 3:12 Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.

How can it be said that if a man live in sin that the blood of Jesus has cleansed him of all sins?
How can it be said that there is no Hell?
How can it be said once one is saved, it is certain for the person to get Heaven?

This is a serious matter Beloved, be careful of the doctrine you listen to, any doctrine that wants you to be convenient in your sin, flee from such, any doctrine that says after giving your life to Christ is to live normally, no heaven consciousness, just living is sin believing that there is no Hell or the blood of Jesus has cleansed you of all your sins; when a new convert hears this, he/she will be convenient in Sin.

Ephesians 4:22 That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;

Beloved, you are to put off the former things no longer living according to the ways of the world.

Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

Beloved, there is a need for you to be rooted in Christ, because if you are not rooted you are likely to fall, because these doctrines are devil oriented. It is a serious matter. A very serious matter. When you are confronted with such doctrines don't argue with them, tell them the truth and pray for them because they won't agree to what you tell them because they are already deeply rooted in these doctrines.

Beloved, be close to the Word of GOD, let it be your daily guide. Grow up!!! Don't be tossed to and fro as little Children. You need grow up!!!

There is no convenience in Christianity. Don't put your own meaning to the Scriptures you read, let the Holy Spirit be your guide, don't interpret the Bible to suit your taste.

Lastly, pray for those who are encamped in these erroneous doctrine, that the Lord will make them know and encounter the Truth of His Word, that the Lord will deliver them because man's advice can not deliver such people.

May the Lord GOD help you in Jesus name. Amen.
