Jpeg formats not pdf.

Not more than 200kb size

try to centre your picture, mine was 600 x 600 but wasnt going through till I centred it well

That means you should have graduated and done with nysc at the age of 23 years on or below 2014 and not later than 2014

No it's not permanent, Graduate Trainee is like a contract 2 years or more, it could be even less, But SOMETIMES RARELY you might get to be a permanent staff after the duration. But it all depends on luck & political situations

I'll advise you crop your passport such thar there's minimal space above your head, and the bottom is just a little below your shoulders

Lol see as you sef harden your face as if you dey follow person quarrel.
A. Crop the photo to reduce the space above your head
B. Resize the Image using Windows Image editor to the dimension 600px by 600px and save.
You can as well get an Image resizer from playstore to do the same thing.
