Hi good people, my site is a wetland but not a swamp. Do I need foundation beam or I should just do my normal foundation and put membrane before German floor?

Hi Mr Segzy, thanks for your help on this thread. I have a question to ask please, my site has sharp sand as the top soil and the underground water usually rise to the top during raining season, what type of foundation should I do there? Wells in the area is around 6-8 feet deep. Please I need good explanation on how to go about my foundation.

I don't have the picture here. It is not a swamp or wetland. It just that when it rains, the water is retained on surface for a while. Wells are not deep in the area, any excavation during this period will bring a lot of water.
