When the regulatory body has been settled heavily, demolition notice was removed. SMH

Our government should accept the blame.
They are only after IGR at the detriment of the citizens lifes and properties.

So many buildings on Lagos island need demolition, I don't know how they got approval to build such tiny buildings with no allowance in between houses

cool

Typical tale of cutting corners, receiving bribes other forms of corruption unique to Nigeria.

As we are talking at the moment, an official of government or even, the private sector, has already collected bribe to subvert due process further endangering our lives.

Sadly, We all, actively or passively are contributors to the endemic failure that has penetrated every sphere of life in this country.

As a people who never learn or take advice, RIP in advance to the next victims of another crashed building in Lagos.

The govt agency that marked the building should be prosecuted for not following through with their job! They should be charged with manslaughter!

Nigerian Civil servants are more corrupt than the yeye politicians.

As if lekki and Tb Joshua's building collapse due to violation of building permit.

When constituted authority took down part of ayefele's building due to his voilation of buildinng plan we hypocritical nigerians wailed and insulted him even after it caused the fatal accident that ended countless lives of leadcity students
