Just like in the past, the youths that form the bulk of the voting population have returned back to their cocoon only to start screaming "youths must take the center stage in governance" when 2023 beckons. The task of rescuing Nigeria from the old Hawks is an herculean task that only a resilient and determined spirit can achieve.

If truly we are desirous of a better nation, a country we can call our own that every citizen will be proud of, then, those that brought us to our present sorry state must be politically expunged. Remember, power is not given but taken. The Trojan Hawks will never willingly surrender power to us but we must be battle ready to forcefully take it from them.

2023 will be a litmus test for our resolve as youths to set Nigeria on the part of progress. If we must achieve the aforementioned, we cannot wait till electioneering period to cast the die. Let us rally round our best, project the individual to the limelight, give him or her the necessary support, build a momentum till the last day. It is my belief that such height is attainable if greed, nepotism and chauvinism are not allowed to rear their ugly heads. I so maintain that repositioning this country is a task we must be ready to sacrifice for. In the light of this, a momentum towards achieving a better Nigeria must be started now.

We welcome ideas on how to go about this...

This post has nothing to do with the collapse of the school building in Lagos. I guess you didn't read it before making your submission. Kindly reread and drop your suggestion. Thank you
