You might as well blame God for being the builder of the house who used inferior materials or the landlord who flouted building law or the government personnel who marked out the building for demolition but didn't do it.

Using man-caused fatalities like this to prove that God doesn't exist is like denying the existence of government in a country because you see potholes in the country's roads.

(May the innocent souls of those victims in the collapsed building rest in peace.)

God can not be held responsible for the death of children in the collapsed building. Unprofessional workers are the cause. The holy Bible talks about "being diligent" in our duties. Once we fail to do things that are right and of good report, the consequences wil be calamitous. Was it God that designed and constructed the collapsed building? Capital no! Why do we bring God into our irresponsibility? Nigerians are masters in "external attribution." We irresponsible parents and uncaring government murdered those innocent children. I can see those children telling God that Nigeria is a nation where parents murder their children. We need to ask God for forgiveness. May their souls rest in peace.

Your comments show you are one who have no clue about the God you are referring to. Where is human responsibilities in all these. The working of nature is guided by physical laws that are not supernatural because God has given man dominion over the earth. He give people the will to do an undo, and you expect him to come down and perform some magic when someone got greedy and allowed a deficient building to stand. And death to God is surely not the way human see it. Of course, we are perplexed when the innocent suffer but where is our collective sense of responsibility to one another. Where is the God in us when that happen?

God is not evil, he gave us the knowledge of Good and evil and left us with a choice to make. A well designed and well constructed building doesn't collapse, but if men decide to be evil and cut corners in order to make cheap gains, then they as well as others might partake in their choice of evil.

So you can't blame God for anything, he provided the land and every material needed as well as all knowledge required to erect a good building. it is a choice of man to be evil
