The Federal Government will announce interim Government for Rivers State following the dispute that arises from the conduct of Governorship election in the state.

If the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC fails to conclude the suspended Rivers State election with the speculated time in Nigeria constitution. The FG will go ahead to announce the interim government for the state.

The Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike has already accused APC and Buhari Government of planning to frustrate the election in Rivers State in order to put Interim Government in Rivers State.

A close source told Jamyco that election will be postponed in Rivers State and the expiration of Governor Wike if the election is not conducted on due time, Rivers State will have Interim Government.
