The high rate of extortion mainly in Enugu east (abakpa nike liberty bus-stop )is alarming. The group of boys whoes pictures you are viewing regularly extort money from the Keke riders ranging from #2000 to #5000 in the name of form which they claim are directive from the chairman of Enugu east LGA (abakpa Nike).please can Enugu government find a way to stop these boys because they are causing alot of havoc.
