Doesn't this model come equipped with the dreaded air hydraulic suspension?

Nope. I think it had independent suspension on all 4 wheels. Besides I don't think of a Jakumo would be dumb enough to buy a car with air suspension after heavily excoriating it in his other post wink

I went one better, and acquired a 2009 CLK550 rocket ship, given that 2009 is reportedly the most desired vintage for that superb model.

Took me a while to master the very light touch that is needed on the loud pedal.

Hit the gas hard, and the acceleration G-forces are intense to the point of becoming alarming, in this car.

Can I know how much you bought the car, where you bought it and how hard is it to maintain. Like I've said before, I love coupes. Finally decided on saving up money to buy the 2011/2012 Honda Accord coupe due to it's assumed reliability. But I'm still open to suggestions.

They don’t penalize entrepreneurship. The opportunities are just far less in these places especially to black people.

they actually do. What do europe and Canada have in common, the welfare state, social democracy, high tax rate on businesses so that they can redistrubute wealth to the average citizen. they incentify dependence on govt than creating your own business.

It is systems that provide the ground for opportunities.

Why do entrepreneurs and entertainers from europe move to sillicion valley and hollywood because the system encourages you, business also have access to cash and also tax incentives.

The homelessness epidemic in Los Angeles is getting worse every year. Here is a Yahoo News update as of today November 5th 2019.

True.

It is a misconception to assume that only "lazy people" can wind up homeless and out on the street in America. All it takes, for any individual or entire family to wind up with no roof over their head, is for there to be a loss of employment that leads to falling behind on rent for one month, or at most two months, at which point the landlord will post eviction notices on the front door, issuing a very short ultimatum for payment of back rent to be made, or for the tenants to pack up their baggage and vacate the building. Failure to pack out will trigger a visit by local police sheriff's deputies, who will use whatever force is required to evict the delinquent tenants from their abode.

The loss of a job due to corporate downsizing, injury, or prolonged illness, can have immediate and devastating consequences to anyone in the USA who rents their place of abode. As mentioned in my initial post, drug use, mental illness and other personal issues are also common reasons for homelessness, BUT, that is by no means the full picture.

In Western countries, the extended family system that serves as a safety net to people who are down on their luck in Africa, simply does not exist. A person who loses their home or apartment in America, is very likely to find that they are all alone in this world, with no relatives or friends willing to lend a helping hand, leaving the evicted person with no alternative than to live in their car, a parked camper van or a tent erected in the street.

In the American gambling capital Las Vegas, where millionaires go to lavish money at the 24-hour casinos, entire communities of destitute homeless people live UNDERGROUND, in a network of tunnels designed to drain away flood waters during the infrequent rain storms that ravage that city "where the fun never sets" located out in the Nevada desert. When heavy rain does fall in 'Vegas, it is common for many of those tunnel dwelling homeless people to be drowned by flash floods that arrive suddenly, and submerge the entire tunnel network with raging waters, in a matter of minutes.

A common presumption that buoys the hopes of intending immigrants to the USA and Western Europe, is that employment is ALWAYS available, and that the income so derived will always be adequate to cover living expenses from month to month. This assumption is simply not true at all. A recent series of articles in the Los Angeles times highlighted the plight of high school students whose parents resided in converted car garages, or even in their cars on the street, whilst using the a viable street address to give the impression that they have a home, in order for their children to qualify for admission into schools in the area where they live in absolute poverty.

The prevalence of homelessness in the warmer states of the union, such as California, Florida and even Hawaii, that "island paradise", would shock and alarm a first time visitor arriving in the USA.

Everything that glitters, is not gold, as the old saying goes.

The homeless situation in Los Angeles has become far more serious during the corona virus pandemic. Here is a video posted by a German immigrant to Los Angeles, who documents life on the streets in Venice Beach where he lives, along with other areas of the metropolis. Here he visits skid row, the Mecca for homeless people in America, who converge on California due to the warm weather.

You are not serious. Its way way better to have a roof over your head in Lekki than to be homeless in America.

Valleys:
Just look at the environment, the air they breath is richer than the one you get in lekki.
Not trying to justify poverty.

The German in Venice has been posting youtube videos for a while now updating about the homeless situation in Los Angeles County. Venice Beach, one of the most visited tourist attractions in the area, has been a magnet for homeless people over the past few years, sadly.

Efforts are being made to get rid of the homeless in Venice Beach, but as German's update shows today May 14th, 2021, there is still a very long way to go before this intractable problem is resolved. Here in Venice, million-dollar beachfront properties are devalued by the presence of homeless encampments just feet away on the beach sands.
