Customer Service Executive - Female

A Real Estate company is in search of confident ,goal oriented individuals to form part of their Team to drive its business unit.

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

Act as the first contact of the organisation .
Attend to clients issues, queries etc .
Support Staff for all departments in the organization .
Ensure the proper documentation of new clients and old clients .
Post and Monitor on all social media sites
Establish, maintain and follow up on current client.


Requirements

Minimum of OND in any background
Not more than 28yrs old
Proximity to Ikeja is an advantage
Social Media experience is a must .
Must dress and look very presentable
Related experience is also an added advantage .

Competencies Required

Oral and Written communication
Presentation skills
