Earlier today, I spotted this shoe mender wearing the NYSC ceremonial vest.. It was hilarious, but it got me thinking tho... Isn’t there a law against non NYSC members wearing the scheme’s wears?? Dunno it could be that he’s a member and shoe mending could be his community service?  Just saying
