I don't think this can hold. Only election tribunals can nullify election results. This judicial rascality being exhibited by judges nationwide is a symptom of the brazen bastardization and commercialization of court judgements as institutionalized by wike the outgoing thug of rivers state.

The nullification is as a result of the disqualification of the Faction he belongs to in APC.There are two factions in DELTA STATE.

Only an appeal court can sack him cos the Federal court in Abuja had earlier affirmed their candidature.
