I don't see how Brexit helps the UK. Some people can pursue some kind irrelevant things ehn. Anyway when will it fall to 1 naira per pound?

This is even from a developed country. Now imagine if biafra were allowed to cut off, they will have to create a new economy from scratch. It will be trade by barter things

The E.U literally has chains on them, they gain nothing by remaining in the E.U.

The immigration crisis is one of the major reasons for brexit

EU rules require the UK to admit all EU citizens who wants to move to Britain, whether or not they have good job prospects or English skills.
"Leave" advocates argue that the UK should be focused on admitting immigrants who will bring valuable skills to the country and integrate well into British culture.

so, what happens to the ones (EU immigrants) already there in the UK?
In a way, good news for aspiring non-EU migrants.

Even if they want to exit, they should at least leave with a deal, a deal of partnership with the rest of Europe

They cant. The "leave" campaign won..you cant just keep recalling votes because you dont like the result..its bad for democracy

They have to leave...or people will start rioting..

If they have the right papers, no problem. But some of them are already leaving because there is more of anti-immigrant sentiment and they are starting to feel uncomfortable

THe EU will give them new conditions to become members. They may even force them to adopt the Euro.

You can only achieve that by manufacturing and exporting and doing without imported goods.

Just look around. You're surrounded by imported goods.
If you need them, manufacture them. THEN, N1 = £1

It's just so funny that what many Nigerians don't know is that if we start becoming a manufacturing powerhouse like China , we will never want 1 naira to be 1 pound , we may even want our currency to be weaker than it is now .

That's a pathetic lie and deliberate misconception. Everything is not all about economy and gdp. The British people voted brexit because the EU's multiculturalism, open border policy (which had lead to uncontrolled mass illegal immigration) and globalisation agenda has done more harm than good and is tearing the working class communities apart. It has failed. The british people needed brexit to control their borders, make their own laws and negotiate trade deals on their terms. Brexit is about cultural preservation and sovereignty from the unelected bullying globalist treacherous bureaucracy called the EU.

Not only is mass uncontrolled illegal immigration a damaging blow to the working class community by default but what happens when you bring in people from a culture that is incompatible with western culture and values? What happens when many of these people coming in refuse to integrate; hate the culture, people and values of country they are coming into and want to convert the western world into an Islamic caliphate? What happens when criticising the religion of these people is termed islamophobic and any criticism of them is termed hate speech and can land you in jail? What happens when your police force refuses to arrest these people for any many crimes of theirs for the fear of being called racist, islamophobic, xenophobic etc.? Many muslims in Europe have no respect for western values and people and Europe is undergoing a gradual Islamisation. In many instances, muslims and illegal immigrants are given a free pass and are catered for with tax payers' money even at the expense of the british people.

85% of rape cases are performed by Pakistani muslim grooming gangs despite forming a minority of three population and the police failed to tackle this problem initially because they never wanted to be termed islamophobic, racist or xenophobic. People like Tommy Robinson, who pointed this out, were branded racists, xenophobic and islamophobic. Assaults and rape by muslim men are ignored by the police for the very same reason. Let's not talk about knife and acid attacks that have increased because of these people. The British people can't even walk around certain free parts of their lands because the illegal muslim immigrants won't let as the muslims have branded it "muslim areas" and nothing can be done. It's even illegal to criticise Islam as it has been branded hate speech. Assaults by muslim men on white men are ignored by the police. Death threats from muslims on anyone are ignored also. All these are felt by the working class and they are not covered by the leftist main stream media. It's no surprise that the working class, who out number the elites, voted brexit and won the election.

Besides, brexit is not a economy suicide. Saying that it's economic suicide is fear mongering by the left but I wouldn't want to go into that. Teresa May is a traitor who doesn't want to respect the British people's vote. Leave means leave and the people never signed up for a deal. Teresa May, a staunch remainer, is simply looking for all possible ways to nullify and destroy brexit. She is a traitor, the British people don't owe the EU a deal and the brexiters never voted for a deal or so called soft brexit.

I've always felt that Brexit was about the deluge of Central Europeans who came looking for work once they joined the EU in 2004 and 2007.

My sister who lives in the UK said that many of the working class population were in direct competition with these newcomers and the newcomers seemed to have an edge as they were ready to work for lower pay. And they showed up early for work and were hardworking.

That fuelled the rage for Brexit. It was not just that the Central Europeans overwhelmed services but were competing with people at the bottom of the ladder.

I don't see how Brexit will help the fight against Muslims. Pakistan isn't part of the EU. Pakistan large numbers in the is because they were formerly a colony of Great Britain. It is delusional to think Brexit can change Pakistani migration into the UK.

The police should work with the Pakistani community to stamp out rapes so they won't look racist when they target these beasts. It's primarily a Pakistani problem. The Bangladeshis who are also Muslims are not included.a

In the black communities, there's the problem of knife crimes. The police too should work with the black community to stamp it out.

Britain should remain in the EU but tweak the immigration rules to suit them. Brexit is basically through NG the baby out with the bathwater. Britain is too entwined with the EU for a divorce not to devastate them.

To understand the EU, let assume Nigeria is the EU and Lagos decides to secede.

Presently, Apapa port handles a lot of goods headed to the South East and North. What if they now placed import duty on these goods and prefer to channel their cargo through One or Part Harcourt? Lagos port will lose a massive market and business will slow dramatically.

Many manufacturers based in Lagos produce for the entire country from there. If they now decides to place import duties on those goods, the manufacturers will lose a massive market. The manufacturer may decide to reduce his operations in Lagos and start production in the South East. If large amounts of manufacturers did it, it would have adverse effect on the Lagos economy.

Many businesses that set up shop in the UK did so to sell to the EU. Now that Britain is leaving the UK. many will close shop or heavily reduce production. London has ready lost thousands of high paying jobs in the financial sector by simply moving to other financial hubs in the EU.

Britain produces 2m cars yearly and all the manufacturers set up primarily to be exporting to the EU. They sell some in the UK but the bulk in the EU. The car industry employs 1m people. Brexit may mean they lose duty free access to the EU. Many of those plants may be forced to abandon the UK.. Jobs definitely will be lost.

U k wont lose anything trust me.These guys are very clever they have the knwohow to see Germany as the only beneficiary to this Eu thing. All they want is stop free movement and negotiate thier own terms and conditions. same way the swiss do thiers.Look at Turkey who were giving the Eu deadline cos of migration of people from the east, since brexit came up they no longer want to join the EU.This is more to do with the man on the street rather than big corporation as the man on the street voted UK out not the corporation and establishment, left for them they preffer to be in the Eu cos thats tier way of keeping cheap labour. The Uk people just realised Africans where not thier problem rather the Europeans are,

Let me take this one by one.

1) I am glad about the story your sister shared. What you said is actually the reality. You see, when you have a massive influx of illegal immigrants who come here for a better life, you have a set of people who have nothing doing and would be willing to do any job for way less. They are desperate so they would do any job for way less and employers would employ them since they would pay less in wages and salaries. That's where the saying "these people are taking our jobs" came from. Why is this a bad thing? because this reduces the standard of living for the working class and makes strike action ineffective since there will always be illegal immigrants to take over their jobs for way lesser pay.

This creates an opportunity for employers to deliberately reduce their pay as much as possible to fish out those who will work for way lesser pay. This creates a competition among indigenous folks and immigrants on who can work for way less. As it turns out, immigrants are ever willing to work for very meagre pay. This reduction in wages and salaries and the ineffectiveness of strike action leads to a reduced standard of living for the working class. This could also be a reason why the business elites love the open border policy and want to remain in the EU.

2) You missed my argument and you wrong. Most Pakistanis are not in Europe because of past colonialism instead they are there due to mass illegal immigration. By having sovereignty over their country, the British people can determine who comes in instead of being bullied into allowing any Pakistani without background checks on any of them by the EU. Brexiters are not seeking to chase out non-White British people in Britain instead they want illegal immigration to stop and illegal immigrants to go away.

Just to add and derail, being part of the British colony in the past doesn't mean that Pakistanis are entitled to walk into Britain illegally. It's high time people start taking responsibility for their actions and start developing their countries. How long must Britain be used as a scape goat for past colonialism? Why Britain, considering that other countries were guilty of colonialism? Before the transatlantic slave trade, Muslims oppressed and enslaved both black and white, conquered Spain and other countries, so why don't we make muslim countries scapegoats then? Oh I see, Europe is better so they argue themselves into Europe owing them accommodation and a better life.

3) Lastly, the British people can't remain in the EU and tweak the immigration laws because the EU has the final say on everything and EU countries must obey or be punished. The EU is hell bent on their multiculturalism, open border policy and globalisation agenda.

I don't even know what to say to you. I meant that the main issue is the lawmakers opposition to the Brexit agenda in UK. If you admire her resolve to stand firm, please do. But it is unnecessary to mention that in reference to gender standing up in politics, as if the lawmakers are opposing her because they don't like to see a woman stand up. That kind of opinion relates to feminism, which is out of place in such discourse. Make your composition, in grammatical terms, tally with your opinion to avoid being misinterpreted. You seriously need to get something to eat, I'm no food. My point was in no way a reference to sexism, feminism, misogyny or any prejudice against women In Britain. My point is, May is displaying a strength that no one really expected, not because she's a woman but because most members of "House of commons" opposed the idea but she has been able to back it up with a more intelligent move. And not because she's a woman, everybody faces opposition when moving a motion. My reference to black women is that I feel it's necessary most African nations stops being misogynistic and let women handle some reputable positions in government.
