The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has reportedly continued with the collation of the governorship election result from Tafawa Balewa local government area of Bauchi state.
This is despite a high court order which stopped the collation of results from the local government area on Friday, March 19.
At the time of this report, it was not known if INEC had been served with the court order.

Daily Nigerian reports that reports that INEC said collation would resume by 2pm on Tuesday, March 19, at the state collation centre following the consideration of the report submitted by Mohammed Kyari, the INEC returning officer in the state.
Legit.ng earlier reported that INEC was on Tuesday, March 19, prevented from collating the results of the Bauchi gubernatorial poll by a Federal High Court in Abuja presided over by one Justice Inyang Ekwo.
The court order was made following a suit filed by the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Governor Mohammed Abubakar of Bauchi. It will remain valid until the determination of the suit is made.
The plaintiffs, in their suits, are jointly saying that the electoral body cannot review what a collation officer has cancelled.
The plaintiffs also declare that the electoral body cannot throw away its earlier resolve to conduct a supplementary election in the state.

Added to this, both the APC and Abubakar are of the view that only the court. and not INEC, can over-run the declaration of the poll as inconclusive by the electoral officer.
