Our one-year program help our customers save and invest in our network of profitable franchise businesses. Working with allied partners, we set out to locate, train, organize and develop interested participants within poor neighbourhoods, building and nurturing new small scale businesses to success.

Responsibilities

Report and work with Team Lead/Project Coordinator
Carryout field study of local economic challenges and opportunities in communities;
Document detailed reports;
Client registrations;
Generate business groups;
Develop practical business plans for them;
Develop cost plans;
Organise skill and business trainings;
Search out and Liase with Allied Partners;
Develop relationship with each client to support the business and cultivate loyalty.
Monitor client business progress to identify any potential problems and activate mitigations.
Cross-sell products & services to current & prospective clients.

Job Requirements

Minimum of BSc in any field with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division
Masters in Business administration or related field will be an added advantage
Minimum of 2 (two) years experience of business development, human resources, business capacity training.
Excellent communication skills
Very creative and innovative
Good team player.
