God bless The recorder. God bless Delta State government. If this video had not gone viral, they won't know of the dilapidated structure. I bet my balls they gave them money for that school but along the line it was diverted.

Typical Nigerian system. The local government I'm in. They've given the local govt chairman money to repair roads but he ate it.
