I didn't say he is not a Nigerian. Before Nigeria indepence of 1960, Atiku from Jada town in northern British cameroun. That region had a referendum to join Nigeria in 1960. They became Nigerians by secession and not by birth. Atiku was not born after 1960, so his original birth was in British Cameroon which is present day Cameroun. Go and read your history. It is confirmed.

For your information if you as a full Nigerian decide to take your pregnant wife to foreign country to give birth and you come back to Nigeria moment later, that child by Constitution cannot contest for Nigerian president because he is not a Nigerian by birth but by virtue of his parents. But an onyinbo born in Nigeria can contest being a Nigerian by birth.

To be qualified by birth, one has to be born in Nigeria. Buhari was born in Daura. Daura has been a territory in Nigeria but Atuku's birth place of Jada was part of British Cameroon before 1960 when it joined Nigeria after a referendum. If Atiku was born after 1960, then it would have been fine but his original certificate is carrying Jada of British cameroun
