Well, d essence of Section 308 CFRN 1999 as amended (Immunity Clause) is to avoid a situation where d courts would be filled with a floodgate of litigation. If dem remove am, imagine over 70 million Nigerians suing d President or Governor of dia respective states. D removal go cause distraction for governance.
