Where was Nigeria when China, UAE where all waking up from their slumber? A country tagged oil rich nation can not boost 24/7 electricity, good roads, public health care, good Public schools? People still sold their vote in this 21st century, My question is: will Nigeria ever get better? Imagine graduates selling their vote as low as #1500 and a plate of pepper soup.
