Did you hear of any violence in Adamawa today? Did you hear of deployment of thugs by any party?
Do I need to remind you that PDP lost Gombe to APC, yet there was no noise anywhere?
It's not about PDP losing but the circumstances that led to the loss. If APC beats PDP fair and square like they did in Gombe, Plateau etc, nobody will complain.

SOMETHING DOES NOT ADD UP.

What are the differences between the presidential results and the governorship results? Cos to me, there are no differences. APC maintains the state it won during presidential elections except from few cases like Sokoto and Bauchi which was also very close.

In sokoto for instance, APC was up against a sitting governor which fought tooth and nail to retain his seat.

Bauchi has been a PDP state but Buhari has always had a free ride.

In Kano, we all know that Ganduje tried in his first term in office but the dollar scandal played in PDP's hand with a strong opposition in Kwankwaso to deliver a good fight while it's obvious that Buhari was not Kwankwaso main rival but Ganduje.

In conclusion, in all sincerity, the distance between Buhari and Atiku in the presidential elections were not at variance with the gubernatorial elections bearing in mind the comparison of the popularity between Buhari and Atiku in the North.

PDP is coming back up. PDP has claimed 13 states so far out 28 - . .. Adamawa, Abia, Akwa-ibom, Bauchi, Benue, Cross-river,Delta, Eboyi,Enugu,Imo, Oyo, Sokoto, and Taraba...while APC has 15 states. Election didn't hold in 7 States... PDP ! Power to the people . APC is only 4 years and the people can't stand them. APC is full of propaganda . if they don't change, in 2023, they will be removed... Anyway rigging made them win presidential though

If not that the election was massively rigged all over the country Atiku would be our in coming president. Likewise most governors will be either PDP or any other party bit definitely not APC.

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) conducted the election in 44 polling units.

The commission announced the votes the two leading parties scored in the exercise and a summation by TheCable showed that Ahmadu Fintiri of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) polled 10,480 votes while Jibrilla Bindow of the APC secured 1391 votes, leaving a margin of 9089.
