According to information reaching us the Woman who was flogged is a widow and she is not in a romantic relationship with the man.

Secondly the woman who claimed to be the wife is not even legally or traditionally married to the man, as our sources claimed she is more of a jealous/over protective lover or a concubine who has been living with the man for some years now as the Man is not married and has never even been married before he is 40 while the woman is 43.

According to police reports the so called wife saw chats of her husband and the widow who was been flogged in the viral video, so she then conspired with her friend who was doing the flogging in the viral video and they then lured the widow to their house, flogged and recorded it then blackmailed the widow to post the video online if the widow did not pay them N60k.
