Praise be to Allah the Cherisher and Sustainer of the Universe!

The Islamic belief is that Allah has no children for He is the creator of all things! Allah created Adam, and from him Hawaa (Eve), and from them both every other human comes! Allah is not comparable to any of His creation!

On brotherhood, These verses from our Books points to this:


The believers are but brothers, so make reconciliation between your brothers and fear Allah that you may receive mercy.

Surat al-Hujurat 49:10

The believing men and believing women are allies of one another. They enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong and establish prayer and give charity and obey Allah and His Messenger. Allah will have mercy upon them, for Allah is Almighty and Wise.

Surat al-Tawba 9:71

They say: Our Lord, forgive us and our brothers who preceded us in faith and put not in our hearts any resentment toward those who have faith. Our Lord, you are kind and merciful.

Surat al-Hashr 59:10

Do not hate each other, do not envy each other, do not turn away from each other, but rather be servants of Allah as brothers. It is not lawful for a Muslim to boycott his brother for more than three days.

There is no Muslim servant who supplicates for his brother behind his back except that the angel says: For you the same.

We ask Allah to heal all our sick/distressed brothers in the world and to forgive & show mercy to our dead brothers. Aamin

So in conclusion, Allah is our Creator not our father because He is far above such! And there is none comparable or coequal unto Him. We worship Him hence His servitude. And we are brothers to one another!

Yeah, but not in Faith. Even my family members who are not Muslims are my bros and sisters, but only biologically.
The verses quoted by the other guy were for brothers and sisters in the Deen(in Faith), because their God is Allah.

Yes, Brothers in Humanity!

The definition of "God" contradicts sleeping with a woman and siring children! We don't describe our God in that way!

"Glorified be your Lord, the Lord of Honour and Power! (He is free) from what they attribute unto Him!"

(Qur'an 37:180)
