The federal government already funding UBEC, school feeding program and university system. The UBEC is working best and states have refused to sign on. They latter two are working well. I agree it wouldn't hurt for then assist more.

The real issue is states and local governments need to fund education better. The fact is they couldn't care less. That's why most of you with kids away from public schools.
