Handling confidential calls and composition of letters which require official signatures.
Making travel arrangements for the chairman or company chief executive officer and manages her schedule.
Communication with other parties on behalf of his employer through emails, letters and telephone.

Ensuring of strong electrical safety in the organisation.

Collection and collation of Applicants CV and keeping their database so they can be contacted in the next recruitment exercise
Selection of the best electrified venue for carrying out recruitment exercise.
