Their mistakes is that they did not retain the God of forces in knowledge if not they would have known that a unified world represents a kingdom. That's the kingdom of darkness.
They were not versatile in the knowledge of the HOLY if not they would have known that citizens of a kingdom have basic rights than pilgrims that's why they must be allowed to live independantly.
If they had fear God, they would have known that to keep in heart means to covenant with the deity of this world and to trade body and soul to him as instruments of unrighteousness.
