Topics like this should be pushed to front page so as to help a brother in need. The other day it was a woman whose car got stolen. Maybe tomorrow may be someone close to you. Let's be our brothers keeper.

You may be right.

The Op should provide additional information. Why does he/she (the Op) believe that it was the man whose driver's licence was displayed is the one who stole the car?

Apologies for not providing enough info.

The driver was handed over the vehicle on the 24th of March, Sunday evening.

He was someone that used to help my nephew to find cars whenever we need to buy a car.

Fast forward to Friday he was called severally for update on his job, phone rang severally he didn't pick.

Continued for several days till Saturday 6th april morning, he sends a message that he has been in church.

Asked to return car he didn't respond. He eventually calls at 8am, that he is in school, the question of why not taking calls for a week wasn't answered.

He finally parks car on d road early hours 3am Sunday morning

The information is incomplete.

Where did he park the car at 3am on Sunday morning? Why did he park the car? How did you come about this information? Did you recover the car at the location where he parked it?
