Mgbuodohia is a community in Rumuolumeni, Obio Akpor LGA in Rivers State. Over the past two weeks there had been cults related crashes but it got to a new dimension last night when some group of fully armed persons believed to be cultists stormed the community at around 10pm. They carried out a massive attack that left over 10 persons dead and several others with bullet wounds. As i type this this, there is panic, chores and a large exodus of people out of the community for fear of the unknown.

As at press time no security presence around.

How long would this menace continue ?


It's not enough to condemn the act please someone should suggest a lasting solution to this Culture related war.


I don't see the government helping us in anyway save we act.

To the extent that letters were written to us that they were coming.
The police in our area were Ill equipped with very slow response time. What we did? We mobilised ourselves.
Every house see bear traps and machetes.
Those wey get gun use gun. Our house na holy water and cutlass we get. And we waited. And na those days wey gsm dey non existent . True to their words they came. Wetin we do them I swear thief no enter our area till today. One alhaji na the thieves help am sweep house wash all him cars even clean him mosque. The next morning na him kpo kpo start. Before police come like 4 don drink cement after better kponsing.

So guys make una mobilise una sef. No matter how dem plenty them no fit plenty pass one compound. Since una security operatives dey on leave. Or the known ones make una track them go their cabal. Nigeria sef don make is know say all man for himself. Be safe.
