What makes you think Lagos is viable? Just wait let one day we get a deepwater port in PH or Calabar or let FG try and harmonize port charges to be equal for all ports across the country. Then we will see how viable Lagos can be as there will be no incentive For companies to remain in Lagos and would rather move their HQ to Abuja or if the law is passed such that oil companies relocate to their source of raw materials then we will know how viable Lagos can be.
