Extract from Olivia the Innocent writen by Palmer Emmanuel Oct 24 2016.

Finally January 2nd 2000, came, the hall in which she would be executed was properly arrange and cleaned. as the time drew nearer to the hour she began to cry, she began to sweat, she began to hear her heart beats, the sound of the clock in the corridor became loud and clear like a dying minutes.
Soon two officers stood by the bars, they opened it and Olivia stepped out and gave them her hands they handcuffed her and she stood in their middle as they walked her to the hall.
The hall was crowded by more than twenty persons, James, Mrs. Robert, Stella, Morgan and Mrs. Alice who had tears in her eyes took the front row, Lincoln stood at the back with tears also in his eyes.
There was a brief mourn when Olivia showed up, the Officers helped her up on the platform, and then to a wooden stone, she closed her eyes tightly to avoid the tormenting eyes of those who hate her, and they pass the rope round her neck.
"Olivia you have been commend to die by hanging, sentence imposed by a judged of good standing do you have anything to say before sentence is been carried out" the officers standing right in front of her said.
She opened her eyes and looked around, she saw Lincoln standing at the back and gave him a smile but he didn't return it, then he looked at Mrs. Alice who was sobbing quietly in the front row
"lord have mercy on my soul," she said and forced a smile to her face as tear went down her cheeks.
The place was dead silent "kill this stuff" yelled James standing up from his seat in anger as though he would jump on the executor "go ahead" the officer in charge looked at him his eyes was beginning to get wet he close them and said. "Execute" the officers took the wooden stone of her feet and she began dangling and stretching "no!" Lincoln screamed and sat on the floor crying like a baby, she stretched for a while until she became empty, empty of life but even her cold dead body left a smile on her face, a good bye smile to the world she once lived in.
