Outdoor Catering Manager
Our client, a Catering and Hospitality company seeks to hire an Outdoor Catering Manager who will be responsible for the smooth and profitable running of their Restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, excellent product quality and timeliness in service delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of catering staff for successful execution of catering events.
• Develop positive working relationship with existing customers for repeat business.
• Assist in marketing plans to promote catering operations to individuals and organizations.
• Prepare comprehensive catering order form according to client’s requirements and interests.
• Review and finalize sales contracts, catering event orders and pricing agreements with
• Attend trade fairs, conventions and shows for business promotions.
• Oversee food preparation, transportation and set-up activities to ensure successful event and quality services.
• Assist in training staff on catering processes and policies.
• Proffer Managerial support to the Central Kitchen & Store.
REQUIREMENTS:
a) Minimum 3 years’ experience in Outdoor Catering Management
b) BSc or HND in Food Technology or Admin related course.
c) Excellent written and oral communication skills
d) Must be young and energetic
