Two cousins, aged 9 and 15, today, drowned while swimming inside a river at Marine Base, Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The bodies of the duo identified as Wisdom and Good luck, were later retrieved and taken to the Nigerian Police Clinic, where they were confirmed dead.
