I think it should be classified as a criminal offense. Because it leads many people to suicide both male and female.

what people do after a heartbreak is irrelevant here. many go gaga because of good dikc, should sex also be considered a crime now?!... the reality is: if you dont want to be with someone any longer, then leaving that person should be as straight forward as when you guys got together. the actual offense here would be if a man DIDNT want to be with a woman but stayed with her regardless because he felt "sorry" for her (aka PITY).
