This question has been on my mind for the past 7-8 years on why some federal parastatals Agencies and department like CBN, FIRS, NNPC, DPR, NCC, and NBC to mention but a few, don't employ or advertise their vacancies.
Is it that they have never had vacancies?
Or the vacancies are filled by selected individuals?
Or some jobs are only meant for special kind of Nigerians?
If they do advertise can someone in the house attest to knowing anybody who has gotten their jobs via direct application from their adverts?

Just thinking

They do post vacancy all the time, the thing is they don't use the name of thier organization so too much applicants don't overwhelm the recruitment process. Most times they use an unheard company name (fictitious) in place of theirs or simply use, a 'company' or an 'organization' to post thier vacancy ad
