Hey guy! Each time I connect my mobile hotspot to my laptop so as to surf the net, my data gets drained before I even open my Google Chrome browser or any other browser. Pls guys, I want to stop this occurance, but don't know Jack on how to go about it. This is causing me pain. I kept on wasting money on data. Any useful steps to stopping this data draining would be duly appreciated. Thank you all in advance. PC: Accer. Windows 7. 4G RAM. Dual-Core. |

Download BWMeter or netbalancer on your pc....it will enable to restrict Internet traffic to your taste |
