Outrage has been sparked after a video emerged showing US police arresting a 10-Year-Old black boy for robbery and taking him away without his mother. Sharing the video which has had over 1.7 million views, the Twitter user wrote: "This is UNBELIEVABLE & UNACCEPTABLE This 10-yo boy was handcuffed by DC police, arrested & taken away without his mother because cops thought he took part in an armed robbery Turned out he was completely innocent & wasn't even involved in the incident.
