Dont be delusional bro!! Even tho im a hardcore El-Rufai supporter, but the truth is that he cant defeat kwankwasso in the north

And how do u expect us to ditch a presidential position for a mere ceremonial VP that has no constitutional power? undecided
You don't understand politics. Even if PDP present kwankwaso, there are states that would automatically go to APC in the north. Kwankwaso cannot deliver Kano with wide margin to start with. He has too many enemies in Kano and most of his fans are from metropolis and so much depends on Buhari performance this tenure.

Yoruba moslems are Tijaniyya of the Sufi movement. We shall see a Tijanniyya will defeat a Sunni Salafi moslem from the bloodline of Dan Fodio (Tambuwal)

If PDP present Tambuwal, it is a complete walkover for APC.

Greennotes:
The past weeks have been very eventful on the African continent vis-a-vis the effectiveness of mass actions that resulted in the changes in the governments of Algeria and Sudan. In both countries, the youth took the bull by the horn knowing that their future largely depends on the actions or inactions of those in power. In Sudan, universities have been shut while student, males and females, poured into the streets to protest. Even with the arrest of Al-Bashir, they have vowed to continue until the military hands over to a civilian government.

Now, compare the youth of these countries with the Nigerian youth. Young people in Nigeria seem too comfortable with the massive looting by people in government. In fact, the National Association of Nigerian Students has since joined the looting gang. Whenever they speak, they only do so in order to be handed their own share of the national loot which the politicians have faithfully done over time.

The average Nigerian youth has taken to crime, gambling and social media addiction. He has allowed popular entertainment to blind him to the dangers ahead. The politicians use ethnic and religious politics to divide and keep the youth in check. However, it is worthy to note that the evil that lies ahead will spare no one no matter the tribe, ethnicity or religion.

I ask, why is the Nigerian youth so quiet in the face of large scale official corruption, political violence and killings, spiralling unemployment and underemployment, ethic killings etc? Where, when and how did he lose his voice?

I did not know until a very recent visit that there are children in America who do not know how to play computer and internet games, and are not familiar with popular American urban trends like hiphop and so on. There are homes in America who do not have television sets and computer usage is very restricted to school work. I am told that these children are usually raised by parents who believe television and computer and smart phones are distractions that weaken a child's civil conscience.

Your input is very interesting. When the spirit acquires material comfort, even when it is dehumanized it thinks first of the risk of loosing his comforts and refuses to fight for his rights. A spirit living on bare necessities on the other hand has nothing to lose in material comfort and is thus unafraid to die in the struggle to retain his rights. The youths of Nigeria worship material comfort and believe Nigeria in its corrupt state can be exploited to bring monetary success. This belief preoccupy our minds, anything aiming to correct and clean away the corruption is viewed as threat to our stake towards richness and fame.

We understand that power MUST rotate for Nigeria to remain united; and we treasure our national unity above any sentimental considerations. If PMB endorses PYO then he shouldn't even bother campaigning because he will inherit the support of millions of us core Buharists irrespective of religion. His loyalty to PMB over the years is already winning our hearts.

Anyway keep telling yourself what you need to hear. Electoral shock is worse than electric shock cool

He can only do that in Sokoto. He's not popular in other states.
The question is would ss/se gives bloc vote to northerner in PDP?

Una no dey hear like the stubborn fly that ends up in the coffin. Of course other northerners are free to air their opinion and test their chances but their end will not be different from Atiku's. We know what we're doing.

We will support the South come 2023 in our millions because we believe in the principle of justice & equity as encapsulated in the rotation principle, especially if PYO is endorsed by Baba Buhari for his unwavering loyalty over the years. SS also stands a chance but be assured there will be a firm northerner in the mould of El Rufai as VP to curb any excesses. That is the plan except anything sudden happens. You don't have to agree just watch cool

Only certain thing is it is impossible for the SE to get that support unlike the rest of the South.

Actually his statement isn't surprising. I've seen that reaction repeatedly by Northerners on other social media platform. He repeated what's common amongst his people. They honestly believe having been president the most or having a high number of population they can barely feed means superiority. They actually don't realize it makes them the butt of a joke. Of what reason to have held power the most yet stand highest in all negative index of that Niggeria. It's just laughable. The hilarious aspect of it all is that what they deem themselves superior in, they are terrible at it. Have anyone noticed that the only time Niggeria grew as a nation was when a southern held power. Each time the North took leadership, that country dropped faster than a speed of light. In both aspect, they are a joke but, from observation, they actually don't see it that way. They honestly believe it makes them superior.

quotasystem and his pple are like mad men with lighter at a petrol station. They seek power so bad but are bad at it. They are the most religious in the country yet they are the most wicked and evil...they insult Igbos daily, but they are the beggers u see on the streets of SE.

The country took a downward turn from 1979 when obj/gowon left power till 1999 when obj returned to power....yet these guys dont feel like apologising to nigerians for their misadventure in politics. Gideon okar from middle belt did a coup where he wanted to force them out of nigeria...yorubas who they consider alies always say it to their faces that they are the problem with nigeria...these guys have no shame. When someone takes pride in the quota system u should know that he is the least competitive person in the room.

Quotasystem, ur tribe should be eternally grateful to southerners if u guys are smart.

Your comments always focus more on cheap taunting than making sense. PYO lost his unit and two states in his zone and lost woefully in the entire south. Buhari fake personality got the votes in the illiterate and poverty stricken core north plus massive rigging. Now imagine when there is no Buhari and a southerner is contesting against northern pdp candidate. Stop saying SE vs rest of the south. It's actually SW vs rest of the south. The South west is a minority voting area in the south. A sw president without endorsement from the rest of the south is impossible.
