this boys are not Nigerians, they are from Togo l have a few of them that have worked with me on some of our construction sites in Benin and Abuja. they are still apprentice but they tend to master the Job after some years of training

Anything that you do in the exchange of money is called business. This boys are so great. Many of their age are thief, I can remember in 2016/17 they kill and burn a small boy in Lagos for stealing gari. This boys can be a greatest building engineer in the future because from now they are doing what give them money, in the future I think they will emplye people to work, don't discourage them. They are great

Manual labour teaches discipline and resilience.

Its not a new thing.. I started taking care of some of my responsibilities like phone, shoes, cloths and so many thngs at age 12.. So am not surprised

Everybody wey dey shout school school here I know say na the conventional school una dey talk about..school wey una go study mechanical engineering finish but no know the difference between 12/13 ring and flat spanners. If your car get small cough you go carry am go give mukaila dey blow grammar. Na to carry paper up and down dey look for office wey get AC to work.

All the graduates from college of education, polytechnics and all the mushroom universities we the country dey churn out every day who dey absorb dem even when dem manage dey employable?

Make oyibo manage help you get these kids train dem practically for this art until dem turn 18, na dat time you go understand why Jesus no grab but e dey perform miracles. Julius Berger go learn work where dem dey if oyibo handle these boys well..

I started taking caring & paying bills at age 11yrs. I'm alive & I survived all the challenges.

Now some idiots will turn this into parties issues. This is an obvious sign that this country is dead even in death. Politicians eating and getting fat at the end of the day, looting our resources for the benefits of them and their children who by the way, are more miserable than their parents.
