Has Airtel Eleminate It's Mobile Customer Care Service Option?. by Brush1: 7:03pm On Apr 14, 2019 |
Hello pals, Couldn't access Airtel's customer service for over four months. Am lead to believe that it's customer service option no longer exists. Why is that? because each time I gave them a call, it no longer says press a particular number to speak with an operator. Neither does it say hold on the line to speak with an operator. It no longer offers that option that allows a customer's access to an operator. Does that infer that a customer would need to go all the way down to Airtel's office to ask a simple question or to fix a simple problem?. Could it be am the only client who hasn't been able to access Airtel's customer care?. Please, kindly share what your experiences have been. Thanks. |
