Point sensible. Police and Army in Nigeria do more than kiliing, not carelessly but intentionally. They kidnap, abduct, harass on highway, exploit companies and do many miserable things to make life unbearable to people. People don't travel anyhow anymore 'cos of Police and Bokoharam harassment.
