There was smooth process from credentials screening to medicals. Make sure you have originals of credentials and a photocopy each. No beard, no long hairs, phone must be on silent

It is almost impossible, we that participated in this exercise since 2019 can attest to that. Even if someone want to help you, following these steps is mandatory. There will be a series of verifications to be done during your training and anyone who missed one step will be dealt with appropriately.

Do you know the file they brought to screening venue contains our details from beginning including stuffs we submitted online. I was surprised when they brought out the copy of ID i submitted during CBT in Lagos from the file.
Imagine series of verification we went through during this screening. Like two at the gate where you collect tag number, you get to credentials screening you still verify again before they screen credentials, get medicals you still verify. And all this attendance they have already typed your name, and even tag number.

And then how will they explain to the public if new names that wasn't on the old lists in public domain is included in the final list that will still be posted in public domain? Because people who couldn't get it at the end will scrutinize the list.

So, i think the person that will get help in this recruitment will have to go through the process as you said.

BUT THEN IN MY COUNTRY, ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE. People fit just show up at training.

The 3km race:
People with one or two medical imbalance for yesterday medicals were first called in for advice. Some were pregnant, and maybe other things i don't know for others. A pregnant lady wasn't allowed to join (her pregnancy is already showing). I don't know if they allow others

You'll run round the college three times, 20min for male and 25min for female. First round they will clap for you, second round they will give you pink band and third round they will give you purple band while you race to parade ground where your arrival time will be recorded and you will be given tally.
You must complete the races within stipulated time.
Medical team will be on escort for the race with there ambulance.


Try and go early so you can do everything early so you don't get stressed out while waiting, especially first day which is credentials and medical screening. That one will almost take life out of you while standing if you don't get to do early. Yesterday i almost collapse , i wasn't able to do early, finished around past 4pm, you can imagine how long i have to stand.

Important notice: The commander clearly told us today they won't accept statement of results if it's up to 5years because statement of results could be fake. They even said those that submitted statement of results or incomplete credentials will be called on phone to send the original copy. He also note that only one person have been authorized to call you and he will not request money from anyone, only credentials, so don't fall for scammer, anyone that call to request one Kobo is a scammer.

I hope i have done justice to the explanation for those that will go tomorrow and those that'll come in future.

You too try, many peope weren't able to finished in time, some were even falling on the way. I finished mine in 11 minutes (4th) in my set. My problem is chest (I am lean), I was measured less than 86cm, my BMI is 18.88 approximately 19 but they just put 18. I don't know if they will consider us with chest measurement less than required.

But in all I put trust in God, funny thing is nobody is perfect, people with high BMI, muscle, chest, etc, are not as flexible and agile as peole like us. Even the race people like us (slim) were the first ones to finished.

When we finished our heads were smoking, as in, the heads dey smoke wella, even the person (I think he is a doctor or something) addressing us after the race was laughing when he saw how our heads dey smoke.
