Ayo Animashaun Hit Tv owner is a Nigerian entertainment mogul; he owns Hip TV and his company is engaged in an ongoing legal battle with Heritage Bank of Nigeria over fraud and debt issues.

Nigeriatunes gathered that Heritage Bank is seeking legal judgment against Hip TV entertainment company over outstanding debts but Hip TV founder, Ayo Animashaun and his company claim that Heritage bank defrauded him and his company of about 200 million Naira.

Heritage Bank is planning to takeover Hip TV due to failure to meet its debt obligations, but Hip TV is countersuing for 200 million Naira in illegal Charges and other damages.

He also claimed that the Bank charged and debited insurance money fee his company’s bank account for insurance coverage but they failed to pay the money to the insurance company. As a result, Hip TV suffered over 500 million Naira loss when the company’s property was engulfed in flames.
