4 milk cup of Flour
½ milk cup of sugar
2 full table of margarine
½ table spoon of baking powder
1 sachet of milk flavour or cream flavour
½ vanilla powdered flavour
1 table spoon of grated nutmeg
3 or more table spoon of milk
An Egg
Water (start with a cup of water)
Enough vegetable oil for frying (deep frying)

EQUIPMENT
a big mixing bowl, a small bowl ,rolling pin or any item for rolling, a sieve, a board for rolling out the chin chin dough, frying pan and spoon, source of heat(fire wood, gas or any other source)
DIRECTION
1. In a mixing bowl, sieve out flour, nutmeg. Add cream flavour, margarine, vanilla flavour, baking powder. Mix palm to palm till it well mixed. (These becomes your solid mixture)

2. In another small bowl mix egg, sugar, milk and water. Note: while adding water be careful, start with a cup. stir these mixture properly.( These becomes the liquid mixture)


3. Add the liquid mixture into the solid mixture, mix properly.
4. You can as well place the mixture on the mixing board or table and mix properly, you can equally add small water if it not enough.

NOTE
Be careful with water so that the mixture won’t get sticky. Chin chin dough should not get sticky.
5. Divide dough to the size you can roll out, cut into desired shape.
6. Place the chin chin dough into a tray,
7. Fry the chin chin on low heat till golden brown or light brow
8. Allow to cool before packaging
