2. Allocate more budget
3. NASS as Rubber stamp.
4. Buhari can travel with his eyes closed.

Someone please tell that woman in blue, yes..that one with bare head....this event is a formal gathering. She is untrained in social etiquettes. When you attend informal event you dress informally, when you attend formal event you dress formally. In addition to being a formal event it is also cultural. She is equally untrained in cultural etiquette. When attending cultural gathering the proper image should be full cultural dress.

President Buhari's stance on separation of powers is simply "do your job right, I do my job right". Once you begin to be 'reluctant' in doing your job because you want to throw your weight around to influence him for unnecessary favours, then the 'integrity alarm bell' in his head rings.
