Am new here and have been doing a lot of research online about how possible it is to import a Toyota corolla from the UK. I read that the UK version of the corolla is what they call the Toyota auris here in naija, cos I also noticed the shape is different from normal corolla.How true is this? Abeg oga Gazzuz, nurey, heavenlybang help me out

You can import vehicle from UK but I don't know whether they have auction sites like the Americans but vehicles there are cheap the only major issue is the hand drive they come as (RHD).

In Europe some corolla are known as Auris I don't think it is known as that in UK. But the corolla sold in UK is an hatchback available in 3 or 5door with the 1.4L engine.

In latter years the corolla hatchback was discontinued to pave way for the auris, it's really a complicated something but from 06 I think the hatchback was axed and the Auris started its life.

pix 2 is for Japanese market only (those found in naija were bought as brand-new at least about 95%)

pix 3 is north America that's US and Canada so tokunbo Boku

pix 4 is Asian market and it is called corolla Altis or purely Altis. Looks identical to North America it is the most luxurious interior among its peer. leather, factory DVd also comes in as RHD
