Nigeria has already qualified. See the rules for the competition:

The top two teams of each group advance to the semi-finals and qualify for the 2019 FIFA U-17 World Cup.

Tiebreakers
Teams are ranked according to points (3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, 0 points for a loss), and if tied on points, the following tiebreaking criteria are applied, in the order given, to determine the rankings (Regulations Article 72):[4]

1. Points in head-to-head matches among tied teams;
2. Goal difference in head-to-head matches among tied teams;
3. Goals scored in head-to-head matches among tied teams;
4. If more than two teams are tied, and after applying all head-to-head criteria above, a subset of teams are still tied, all head-to-head criteria above are reapplied exclusively to this subset of teams;
5. Goal difference in all group matches;
6. Goals scored in all group matches;
7. Drawing of lots.

I don't like this head-to-head rule. It stopped us from qualifying for world cup at a time. Goals difference should have been fine. For instance, Uganda is not going anywhere if they beat Nigeria silly and Angola beat Tanzania even with a single goal margin.

Nigeria has become the first to book the 2019 FIFA U-17 World Cup ticket, after defeating Angola 1-0 in a match played in Dar es Salaam on Wednesday.Olakunle Olusegun's goal through a penalty kick in the 21st minute, made Nigeria the first to book the 2019 FIFA U-17 World Cup ticket to Brazil. Though the Golden Eaglets were guilty of profligacy and the technical crew certainly has much to do still, but they proved to be masters of use of space and close control.

The win gave the Eaglets a return to the FIFA U-17 World Cup, after missing out of the last edition staged in India two years ago. Nigeria will certainly finish at the head of Group A if they avoid defeat against Uganda at the same venue on Saturday.

Yes we all wish them success but let's not be too hasty their qualification is not definite yet,it they lost to Uganda (who beat Tanzania by 3-0 ) and Angola succeed in also beating the helpless Tanzanians by 3-0 too then the eaglets can be booted out,so we need to be careful n I hope the team themselves are very cautious too.good luck to them.

Head to head does not apply when there are three teams involved who have beaten each other in this case Nigeria beating Angola,Angola beating Uganda,and Uganda beating Nigeria,That is if we lose our last game and Angola beat Tanzania.What will then be used is goal difference. So that means we have not qualified. So the boys should not be complacent but get the win or at worst a draw that would see us booking a ticket to Brazil 2019 for the FIFA under 17 world cup.

That's not true. Don't count head-to-head first before points. You count points first before head-to-head rule.

Do not also concentrate on what was written on the newspapers couple of days ago. They aren't true. Some of these writers ought to be sacked for writing fake reports.

Our nearest challenger is Uganda, if we lose to them, which I doubt, they will have six point, if Angola wins they will have six points too, afterwards they look at head to head, which will favour us coz we beat Angola, if your talking about points we are at par at this instance and we might at least come second at the worst scenario, in summary we have a better chances of qualifying than Angola 'if' we lose against Uganda than Angola, BUT I CAN ASSURE YOU AND QUOTE ME AFTER TODAYS MATCH THAT WE ARE NOT GOING TO LOSE, WE WILL AT WORST DRAW.
