You need to still go further in diagnosis of the reason for that overheating.

Simply changing to a double cell radiator is applying plaster on an open wound. A short cut that may not even work.

I will advice you buy a new radiator, maybe your old one is clogged up or there's a leakage somewhere on the radiator. My hummer bus was having similar issue, mechanic adviced I change the radiator which I did and the problem disappeared.
