Chelsea star player, Eden Hazard's transfer move to Real Madrid will be confirmed this week for a fee of around 100 million euros, Marca reports.

Hazard is set to leave Stamford Bridge this summer, after refuses to extend his contract with Chelsea.


The Belgium international has been on Real Madrid's radar over the last few months as Zinedine Zidane is his known admirer.


recall that Real Madrid contacted Chelsea last month over their bid for Hazard as Zidane returned.


The Spanish giants are eyeing Hazard as a replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo, who after nine years, left the Santiago Bernabeu for Juventus in an £88million deal last summer.


Chelsea have already made plans for Hazard's departure, having sealed a deal for Borussia Dortmund star, Christian Pulisic back in January, who will join the club at the end of the season.
